Check your email
When your kit ships you get a confirmation email with a Track your order button. That link is the fastest route — it goes straight to live carrier tracking. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder for a message from Plumi.

If you created an account at checkout, sign in and open the order to see its current status.

Email us your order number and we will look it up and reply the same business day, Monday to Friday.
Shipping times: US orders ship free and usually arrive in 3–6 business days. You will not see tracking movement until the carrier scans the parcel, which can take a day after you get the email.
