Use the account link in any Plumi order email, or sign in with the email address you used at checkout. You will get a one-time login code — there is no password to remember.
What you can change
- Skip a delivery — pushes your next shipment back one cycle and charges nothing.
- Change how often it arrives — the default is every 4 months, which matches one kit per child.
- Change the number of children — adjust the quantity on your next order.
- Cancel — takes effect immediately and stops all future charges.
Why every 4 months?
One kit holds 120 servings. A cleanse cycle runs 30 days, and the routine is meant to run as back-to-back monthly cycles — so one kit lasts a single child about four months. If you are using it less often than that, skip a delivery or stretch the interval so you are not paying for product you still have on the shelf.
